3. Account Management

All games available on the okbet14 platform are governed by individual game rules provided within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to that specific game.

Where a result was determined before the failure, the confirmed result will stand.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the okbet14 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering or attempting to register if you do not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2;

10. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to limit or exclude okbet14's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully limited or excluded.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. okbet14 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Members access and use the platform at their own risk.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

okbet14 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

okbet14 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with regulated third-party service providers who assist in the operation of the platform — including payment processors, KYC verification providers, and game software suppliers — under strict data processing agreements. 12. Amendments, Suspension & Termination

12.3 Account Termination by okbet14

okbet14 may terminate a member's account immediately and without prior notice if the member: breaches any provision of these Terms; provides false or misleading information; engages in any prohibited activity listed in Section 7; or if okbet14 is required to do so by law or regulatory directive. Upon termination for cause, any balance held in the account may be forfeited at okbet14's discretion, subject to applicable law.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable Philippine law.

In the event of a dispute between a member and okbet14, the member should first contact the okbet14 support team at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. okbet14 will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in the Philippines for resolution of the matter.
